Thank you for shopping with Resoelx. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — with a simple and transparent return process.

📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

💸 Refunds & Deductions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important:

Both delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds apply to product cost only — original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Items marked as final sale
Personal care or hygiene-related products
Gift cards

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping will be arranged through our logistics partner or as advised by our team. Shipping fees (both ways) will be deducted from the refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
